Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Travel Agent at LOCOTRAVEL. The Travel Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing top-notch customer service, arranging flight bookings, ground transportation, accommodation, managing travel arrangements, and driving sales in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
• Reservations and Travel Arrangements skills
• Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
• Excellent knowledge of Amadeus GDS software
• Fluency in English and German; multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales experience and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or relevant field
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
