For our HR Service Team within the Service Unit Europe we are looking for a full-time Head of HR Administration (m / f / d) in Hamburg.
Your tasks :
Together with your team of six, you will be the central point of contact for all administrative HR matters for managers and employees of HELM AG and the European subsidiaries.
You will be responsible for the management and further development of digital workflows in the eHR system (SAP Success Factors, UKG People Doc) and initiate appropriate measures.
You will work closely with other HR functions such as Recruiting, HR Business Partner and Compensation and Benefits and ensure smooth collaboration.
You support the team in the organization of day-to-day business and provide continuous support in order to bring about ongoing process improvements.
You will also be involved in the further development and optimization of specific HR standards and process initiation and work on (cross-divisional) projects.
This role also includes the responsibility for promoting and motivating employees.
Together with your team, you will support employees in 14 European countries and continuously adapt HR processes in line with changing legal regulations and internal structures. You will actively shape the further development of your area and take responsibility for improving existing processes.
Your profile :
You have a degree in economics with a focus on HR management or have already gained valuable professional experience in HR.
Several years in HR administration in an international company have shaped your expertise.
You have successfully demonstrated at least 2-3 years of management experience.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to act as a central point of contact for internal HR matters and at the same time promote a positive team culture.
Your way of working is always customer-oriented, combining analytical thinking with a focus on results.
With your strong digital skills, you contribute significantly to the further development of HR processes and systems.
You have a good command of written and spoken German and English, although additional foreign language skills would be an advantage.
