What you will do :

  • Create solutions that solve business problems
  • Delivery of sales revenue targets through team-based selling
  • Lead and support complex customer bid opportunities and ITT responses
  • Act as quality assurance for proposals and presentations by team members
  • Architect solution designs and de-risk projects as part of delivery teams
  • Develop industry and partner relationships to strengthen client engagement
  • Mentor Solutions Managers and Managing Consultants toward becoming Solution Architects
  • Maintain ‘thought leadership’ status through skill development and sharing knowledge

What we are looking for :

  • Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in focus areas, especially manufacturing (including process manufacturing)
  • Extensive experience in relevant technology such as SAP, with at least six project lifecycles
  • Proven sales experience in selling technology solutions and delivering proposals
  • Broad experience across multiple lines of business and key SAP functionalities
  • Demonstrated leadership in SAP and non-SAP environments, including design workshops and programme support
  • Strong ability to organize, coordinate, and lead diverse teams in complex situations
  • Familiarity with ‘Big Four’ or similar consulting practices and methodologies
  • Broad technical appreciation and ability to assess new technology solutions rapidly
