About the role and the team :

Join eBays Germany Finance team and help drive the financial performance of our Marketplaces this role you will collaborate with cross-functional business partners work with diverse data sources and deliver actionable insights that support both operational execution and long-term strategic decisions.

You will play a key role in financial planning performance tracking and ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced diverse environment. Through ownership of analyses and projects you will develop a deep understanding of the business and contribute directly to decisions that help shape eBays growth in Germany.

What you will accomplish :

• Own Month end close activities Managing the budget & Forecast for the P&L of DE and European Central Markets and provide variance analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models especially for Trading & Monetization to support business & performance decisions.
• Partner with business functions and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.
• Prepare executive-ready financial narratives and presentations.
• Implement operational enhancements to improve efficiency via process optimization & leveraging AI.
