Your tasks

  • Expand and bundle Airlaid Technology process and application knowledge.
  • Collaborate with R&D and partners to optimize design and functionality of Airlaid equipment and processes.
  • You will be responsible for advancing nonwoven and airlaid technologies into new fields of application.
  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary, international team working at the forefront of bringing airlaid technology to the next level.
  • You will work closely together with suppliers and customers.

Your profile

  • You have a completed degree in the field of mechanical engineering, design engineering, process engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in plant engineering for nonwoven technology.
  • Profound knowledge of airlaid process control, equipment design, machines and relevant raw material properties.
  • Experience in project management and working with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of quality management systems and process optimization.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken, is required; knowledge of German is advantageous.
