Billing Accountant

Activities

• Oversee the full billing cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Manage accounts receivable, tracking overdue payments and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth billing operations and prompt resolution of client billing concerns.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer billing inquiries, offering clear solutions and nurturing positive relationships.
• Maintain high-quality data across CRM and accounting systems, ensuring integration and data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of billing processes, identifying and implementing  efficiencies.
• Assist the Sales team with understanding client accounts and billing nuances, creating opportunities for upselling or service expansion.
