We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our client’s growing, innovative team and support new, exciting Dynamics 365 projects. This role combines both consulting and technical / development work, offering an opportunity to work with cutting-edge solutions that help businesses enhance customer relationships, optimize sales and marketing, and improve service delivery. 🌱

What You’ll Do :

• Consulting & Development : Analyze business processes, translate client needs into technical solutions, and provide expert guidance on Dynamics 365 implementations. You’ll work on various modules, including CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service , helping businesses streamline operations and achieve their goals.
• Technical Expertise : Work with C# / .NET to develop and customize solutions tailored to their client’s needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and their client’s teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Workshops & Training : Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams, helping them harness the full potential of their Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Problem-Solving : Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth system operations.
