A Japanese global logistics company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their office based in Machelen.
The role will be responsible for customs, VAT, fixed assets, intercompany process and additional accounting tasks. This will be a role with varied responsibilities

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Tasks
- Closing of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General ledger administration
- Responsible for Customs administration
- Responsible for VAT administration
- Responsible for Fixed Assets administration
- Authorization of bank payments (together with second person)
- Responsible for Petty Cash of Amsterdam and recording of Petty Cash of the Amsterdam and Rotterdam Branch
External responsibilities (Clients and Partners)
