About the Role:

GROPYUS is transforming the future of sustainable living through technology-driven building solutions. Were now looking for a Senior International Expansion Manager to drive our global growth - shaping how we enter scale and succeed in new markets across North America Europe and Australia. If youre excited by impactful strategy work cross-cultural collaboration and building new business opportunities from the ground up this role is for you.

What youll be doing:

• Apply your expertise and experience to independently lead projects to drive international growth initiatives at GROPYUS
• Actively contribute to identifying and assessing potential regional expansion targets
• Drive the continuous monitoring and analysis of international market developments to shape strategic assessments and guide competitive positioning
• Develop and execute rollout plans in the chosen markets
• Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders partners and clients in the target regions
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to drive successful project delivery

What you bring:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in business or real estate related fields
• 5 years of experience in business development / expansion project management operations or strategy ideally in the real estate construction and/or startup industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects in a global context
• Independent goal-oriented personality
• Ability to work with people from different cultures and manage a diverse group of shareholders
• Strong in conceptual and abstract thinking with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans
• Fluency in English required German an advantage
