We are a Munich-based CleanTech startup accelerating the expansion of renewable energy with innovative technologies to ensure a sustainable and future-proof energy supply – for our planet and future generations. Our mission is to rethink the challenges of the energy transition and make Feldwerke the new standard : combining energy and agriculture on the same land. To achieve this, we develop the sustainable concepts of Agri-PV. Since our founding in 2023, we have, among other achievements, developed the largest Agri-PV plant of its kind in record time, which is now under construction. In addition, dozens of projects are already in advanced stages. We are growing fast : 5x YoY growth. 7-digit profitability. 100% bootstrapped and investor-independent.

Aufgaben

🙌🏼 Your Mission

As a Founders Associate (G2M & Project Development), you will work side by side with the founding team and take on a key role in our privileged & farm-adjacent Agri-PV segment. From day one, you will be a full member of the team, taking ownership, driving initiatives forward, and having a tangible impact.

You will take ownership of the privileged & large-scale Agri-PV segment, building it with the goal of establishing the most sustainable and scalable solar product on the market – helping to successfully shape Germany’s energy transition without sacrificing agricultural land.

Your responsibilities will include business development, branding & marketing, product design, process optimization, and the opportunity to build and lead a team.
