Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is an owner, developer and operator of sustainable, high quality real estate assets in the most dynamic cities in Europe and the United States. The Group operates 72 shopping centres in 12 countries, including 38 which carry the iconic Westfield brand. These centres attract over 900 million visits annually and provide a unique platform for retailers and brands to

connect with consumers.

URW is a committed partner to major cities on urban regeneration projects, through both mixed use development and the retrofitting of buildings to industry leading sustainability standards. These commitments are enhanced by the Group’s Better Places 2030 agenda, which strives to make a positive environmental , social and economic impact on the cities and communities where URW operates.

The International Graduate Program :

  • Is a one year fast-track management program for recent graduates and alumni
  • 12 months in 2 countries and 3 assignments within various Departments e.g. Asset Management, Operating Management, Leasing and various Departments for your Mission abroad
  • You will learn business fundamentals especially within Real Estate
  • You will get the chance to build a network while gaining international work experience

Who we are looking for :

  • You hold a master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or university
  • Your analytical / financial capabilities and communication skills are highly evolved
  • You have a strong entrepreneurial personality, a curious nature and are keen to bring in your own ideas
  • You have already gained first experience in working or studying abroad and you are striving for an international career
  • You have a fluent command of business-level English and German. Every other language of the Group is a plus! (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, Czech, Polish)
