HR Business Partner

As part of this role you will be responsible for :

• Anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization
• Serves as the point of contact to respond and resolve HR-related inquiries
• Manages Associate disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations for assigned locations, functions or departments;
• Support and manage the employee performance review process
• Communicate, implement and manage new HR or office policies and processes as required.
• Organize and conduct new employee orientation as designated
