Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training - we also give motivated career changers a chance Confident use of the usual MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A careful and independent way of working

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Active market development to acquire new customers Building up our own customer base
  • Supporting existing customers
  • Contact person for our customers from the initial acquisition, through active support, to the strategic development of the collaboration
  • Quotation preparation and follow-up until the contract is signed
  • Project implementation together with our marketing and recruiting team
  • Project coordination, deadline tracking and monitoring of processes in our CRM system
  • Market screening

    Hiring Process

    1) Phone interview with HR or Sales Manager to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.

    2) On-site interview (1.5 hours) with a practical component : Candidates may be asked to complete a cold calling exercise or work through sales scenarios.

    3) Follow-up interview / case study : Instead of a formal case study, candidates may be asked to simulate live calling or sales calls.

    4) Final meeting with the team for cultural fit and debriefing.
