Job description
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others :
- Developing a strong pipeline of prospective customers and maintain customer relationships in line with customer needs.
- Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to expand our regional presence and influence.
- Being the key contact for customers and cooperating with other departments to ensure optimum customer service.
- Generating quality sales leads for the global network.
- Identifying and initiating new opportunities to meet customer / prospect needs as well as
- Allocating tender to the correct team in line with the tender process and ensuring the correct hand-over of customer information,
- Developing value proposals in cooperation with the Business Solutions Department.
Applicant's profile
You bring along :
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management or a related field,Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in customer account management with proven sales record,Experience in the logistics industry is considered as a plus,A well-equipped sales toolbox : you have a convincing attitude, outstanding negotiation skills and a proactive approach to the market,Expert in sales techniques especially on concept sales, customer psychology and purchasing patterns,A passion for driving results and an agile way of thinking,Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,Fluent in English, fluency in German is preferred,Willing to travel.Working time (%)
