Role Overview :

We are seeking a Head of Human Resources (HR) to lead and nurture our teams for the Holistic Health Weekend and SAVOIA-Health Group. This is not just a management position; it is a leadership role focused on helping people grow while ensuring compliance with German and European HR laws. You will play a pivotal role in creating an environment where our values of peace, love, and collaboration thrive.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our mission and values.

Ensure compliance with German labor laws and European HR regulations.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.

Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and well-being within the team.

Support team members in their personal and professional development.

Design and lead HR initiatives that prioritize people over processes.

Work collaboratively with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Select and implement HR Management Software with our CIO.

Implement the Software bluquist for talent management.

Qualifications :

Fluent in German, with excellent knowledge of German law and European HR regulations.

Proficient in English; Spanish is highly desirable.

Experience in personality development and leadership coaching is a plus.

A proven track record of fostering growth and development within organizations.
