Vehicle charging is central to one of the most significant infrastructure transformations in historythe electrification of mobility. ENAPI drives this transformation. We are on a mission to commoditize connectivity in the industry and thus fuel the green mobility revolution.

Were seeking a driven and experienced FullStack Engineer (m / f / d) to join our small but fantastic team. ENAPI builds the defacto standard for transaction brokerage and the clearing house of the EV Charging Industry. We are a super fastmoving team operating in one of the most dynamic markets.

Tasks

In this role youll :

Design and implement scalable system architectures for highperformance applications.
Develop and optimize backend systems using Kotlin or another JVM language with opportunities to explore Go or Rust.
Provide technical leadership by driving best practices mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align technical solutions with product goals and business needs.
Scale and improve infrastructure with tools like AWS Kubernetes and Docker for reliability and performance.

Requirements

Your Profile

You have experience as a FullStack Engineer with strong backend development skills such as Kotlin Java or another JVM language.

Familiarity with infrastructure tools and cloud platforms like AWS Kubernetes and Docker to ensure scalability and reliability.

A pragmatic entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership to deliver impactful solutions in an earlystage startup environment.

You know how to navigate a remotefirst setup fostering effective collaboration through clear and proactive communication while sharing knowledge to support team success.

Experience in a similar industry (fintech energy or other infrastructureheavy industries) is a plus.

Experience in a similar stage (Seed to Series A) is a plus.

Experience in a successful company (eg. unicorn) is a plus.
