(Junior) Business Process Consultant (f / m / x)

Your role

As a (Junior) Business Process Consultant, you will be responsible for setting up and integrating the global ZDP management system. You will also shape its ongoing development in close coordination with the senior management team. The role of the (Junior) Business Process Consultant serves as a central point of contact for the further development of corporate management procedures and is optimally networked with process officers within the organization. You will be working in a global, dynamic team of digital talents. You will be responsible for the implementation of audit specifications and supporting the implementation of of ISO9001 and ISO27001.

Your profile

University degree in a technical, economics, business administration or comparable course of study

First experience in process consulting, quality management, as product owner or in IT project management

As a plus, already built, developed, and maintained a management system in large-scale organizations

Ideally : experience in regulated environments and

Experience with corporate audits and the implementation of audit measures is a plus

An affinity towards information security

Ideally experience in the development of professional process landscapes, in particular with experience in ISO9001 and ISO27001

Experience with Confluence or Wiki is a plus

Strong communication skills as well as the ability to explain complex matters in an easily digestible form

Fluent in German and English
