BIM Lead / Model Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and talented BIM Lead / Model Manager  for a high-profile Pharmaceutical construction project, coordinating complex designs, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring the accuracy of project data. It’s a flexible hybrid opportunity with partial site-visits in the greater Frankfurt region.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• BIM Project set-up and support / admin for a multi discipline project across multiple application platforms. (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks etc.)
• BIM integration / interoperability with internal design team members
• BIM integration / interoperability with external vendors
• Maintain BIM360 cloud models and reporting
• BIM Software Installations and support
• Coordination of 3rd party models
• Communicate across mutiple discipline teams
• Ensure compliance of all documentation with internal and client procedures
• Co-ordinate the activities of other project leads and modellers / detailers so as to maintain coordinated design approach and clash avoidance
