Our client is a Casual dining Sushi &Poke Bowls restaurant with Take Away service.

They focus on quality and have amazing reviews from their Clients.

The culinary mastery meets creativity in crafting exceptional sushi and bowl creations.

They prioritize the utmost freshness and quality, preparing each dish upon order for an unparalleled dining experience.

As their business is growing and they keep opening new restaurants in new locations,

we need one Sushi chef to join the Team.

Starting date : Immediately

Type of Contract : Permanent

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment, with at least 3-4 years of experience
• Proficiency in the art of sushi preparation, including knife skills, rice preparation, and various sushi rolling techniques
• Thorough knowledge of seafood handling, sourcing, and quality assessment to ensure freshness and taste consistency
• Ability to create visually appealing and high-quality sushi and bowl presentations with attention to detail
• Strong understanding and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to meet demand during peak service hours
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Immediate availability to start
• Eligible to work in Germany ( European citizen )
• Fluency in English; German language proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory

Salary package : 2,550 EUR / Net + 400-480 EUR Tips per month
