Responsibilities
Join us as Senior Product Manager (all genders) and develop TeamViewer’s Product Portfolio across Support, Control & Manage products globally. Drive the product vision and strategy and transform it into a successful delivery of product roadmap and consequently revenue goals achievement. The function encompasses the coordination and execution of all product-related strategy projects aiming at creating compelling value to existing and potential customers in close cooperation with our global Product Management team, Sales, R&D and Marketing departments.
- Identify the customer needs and the high-level business goals to create solutions that can be fulfilled with our product portfolio to meet the needs of our enterprise customers
- Translate metrics into results and connect data, feedback, and other insights to prioritize product features and capabilities to help expand our customer use cases and customer numbers
- Report directly to the VP of Product Management and drive the global product strategy for our Support, Control & Manage offerings
- Work closely with the Product Owners of our TeamViewer Core platform while managing cross-functional stakeholders around the vision for the product. Collaborate with other product leaders and teams across the globe to reach an alignment with them regarding the requirements and strategic direction of all our products
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, monitor the market and develop competitive analysis
- Seize your inherent ability to work across multiple functions and stakeholders, to leverage internal relationships and drive activity through internal teams
- Represent and promote our product offerings at external events
