With the changing times, we have expanded our line of products and have now embarked on an innovative journey to develop Next Generation Products such as oral nicotine products and e-cigarettes

We’re seeking a General accountant to manage the accounting operations for HVL Group entities. Reporting to he Head of Accounting Luxembourg, you will ensure accurate financial records, timely closings and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities:

· Responsible for the daily accounting activities, including cost bookings, customer invoicing, management fees, various re-invoicing, bank statement entries and intercompany transactions

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual closing of books on time, including reconciliation with sub-ledgers (customers, suppliers, financial costs, bank statements, …)

· Prepare monthly and annual VAT declaration and other declaration (STATEC and Luxemburgish, Belgium or French administration)

· Prepare the information needed for the creation and/or update of the SAP master data (suppliers, customers)

Your profile:

· Degree in Accounting

· At least 5 years of experience in a similar position

· Strong knowledge of SAP / S4HANA and excel is a must

· Required languages: English and French all other language is an asset

· Able to work well with others in a team environment as well as individually
