As a Trainee ADAS & Body Electronics Development, you will be part of the core E / E development team for Mercedes-Benz Vans. Our mission is to enhance our vehicles with cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and state-of-the-art electronic and mechatronic body functions. You will contribute to the entire development process – from system specification to real-world validation. By understanding customer needs, you will help translate them into the best possible technical solutions. Collaboration is key : you will work closely with international partners and represent our requirements in a fast-changing environment. In addition, you will coordinate development activities across the value chain, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders from product management to operations and after-sales.

An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in electrical engineering, cybernetics, automotive engineering or comparable

Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies)

At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)

Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

Excellent English and German skills (C1)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities
