Werde Teil unseres HRTeams in Nrnberg und untersttze unsere Standorte in einer wichtigen Schlsselrolle!

Deine Aufgaben :

  • Koordination und Abwicklung des gesamten Zeugnisprozesses (Erstellung von Zwischen und Abschlusszeugnissen)
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitenden und Fhrungskrften
  • Untersttzung im operativen HRTagesgeschft sowie allgemeine administrative Aufgaben (Postbearbeitung Druck Scan)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Employee Experience Team und den HR Business Partnern

Qualifications : Das bringst du mit :

  • Dank deiner raschen Auffassungsgabe arbeitest du dich schnell in neue Themen ein und bernimmst diese selbststndig
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fhigkeiten sowie eine selbststndige und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeiten
  • Gute MSOfficeKenntnisse

    • Deine Qualifikationen :

  • Laufendes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften Soziologie Pdagogik Psychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources ist wnschenswert
