• HR setting with a focus on compensation control and planning for (senior) employees of Allianz companies in Germany, including the global holding company (Allianz SE)
• Data analysis in SAP Success Factors in the corresponding pay circle
• Preparation of documents (results, summaries, etc.) for operational HR functions and the business
• Support for compensation topics and process implementation
• Project coordination within fixed circles
• Preparation and conduct of internal training sessions on the SAP system
• Handling ad-hoc inquiries regarding compensation

PROFILE

• Completed bachelor's degree in business administration or similar field
• Experience in project management and HR or willingness to undergo further training is desirable
• Affinity for data analysis, relevant knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (SAP Success Factors experience advantageous)
• Organizational skills and ability to work independently or drive topics forward autonomously
• Enjoyment in dealing with and coordinating with many interface partners
• Good English and German language skills, as interface to SE and German Desk (German level at least C1)

With your master’s degree at the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE), you can do both : During your two-year dual master's degree, you will be assigned to companies or organizations and implement one or more beneficial projects for them.

In addition to your regular day-to-day work, which you manage, you have the opportunity to shape corporate and personal development through these projects.

In combination with this job offer, you can study the SIBE Management Master - M.Sc. in International Management, the German-US Dual Degree - M.

Sc. / MBA or the SIBE Digitalization Master - M.Sc. in Digital Leadership . All programs offer you various additional MBA options.

Salary : The monthly salary for an integrated master's job ranges between 2000-3000 euros. In addition to further study related assumption of costs.
