The Sustainability Office (SO) is one of the company's global functions and located in Heidelberg, Germany, and led by the Chief Sustainability Officer.
The Sustainability Strategy & Engagement Team is part of the SO.
The SO team members are tasked to weave sustainability deep into Heidelberg Materials' business model and to embed it into our corporate culture.
Our diverse team plays a central role in supporting group functions, operations, and countries.
The mission of the Manager (f / m / d) Sustainability Strategy & Reporting is to be at the forefront of ESG developments, engage with stakeholders to assess and evaluate different positions, and to provide strategies and guidance for the company's further developments in the field of sustainability reporting.
The development and steering the implementation of strategic measures takes strength in both independent way of working and collaborating closely with diverse teams.
You will report directly to the position Teamlead Sustainability Strategy & Engagement, located in Heidelberg, Germany.
