Global Subsidiary Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Global Subsidiary Operations Manager (m/f/d) to join our Global Subsidiary Operations team on a fixed-term basis starting immediately for someone who is eager to make a difference and drive things forward. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract for a duration of 1.5 years.

What you can expect:
  • With passion and foresight you approach your tasks and take on the independent management of our sales subsidiaries acting as the central interface to internal corporate functions.
  • With a clear focus on ensuring smooth sales operations you support and secure the end-to-end sales process from order entry through to delivery.
  • At the same time you optimize and coordinate shipping activities with internal and external stakeholders always taking into account country-specific requirements and regulations.
  • You take on the central maintenance and validation of customer master data including the entry update plausibility checks and quality assurance of all relevant customer information.
  • Your tasks include contributing to country-specific special assignments and projects where you actively drive improvements and support local needs.
  • As the central point of contact you act as a link between the sales subsidiaries and our internal departments ensuring transparent communication and efficient collaboration.
  • You support the subsidiaries by conducting trainings for their employees on both sales-related topics and cross-functional subjects enabling them to work efficiently and in line with our standards.
  • At the same time you optimize the training materials based on the specific needs and feedback of the sales subsidiaries continuously enhancing content and usability.
  • As an important interface you are the key contact for SAP-related inquiries from the countries providing guidance troubleshooting and support for process-related questions.
Your profile:
  • First and foremost your personality: You are committed and enjoy the balance between taking responsibility and working in a team. Additionally you stand out with your strong service orientation and flexibility
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a university degree ideally with a focus on business management or a related field.
  • Ideally you have initial professional experience in a relevant environment (e.g. fashion sales or a comparable international business context) and are eager to further develop in a global role.
  • With your passion for processes and your hands-on mentality you lead by example and motivate others always striving for efficient and customer-oriented solutions.
  • You have very good IT skills especially in MS Office and SAP and your strong digital affinity enables you to use modern tools effectively and to continuously optimize processes.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a pronounced interest in processes allowing you to act confidently as an interface between different departments and international stakeholders.
  • You have business-fluent English skills both written and spoken enabling you to support and communicate with our international subsidiaries at a high level.
  • You are a team player with an analytical and structured way of thinking a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach and a high sense of responsibility.
