What Youll Do :
- Own and manage endtoend recruitment processes for open positions from intake meetings sourcing and screenings to offer negotiation.
- Build and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to proactively build robust talent pipelines for talent pooling competitor analysis and market mapping.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience providing transparent communication personalised interaction and timely feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders including hiring managers management and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure a collaborative recruitment process.
- Continue to evaluate and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of talent acquisition.
- Stay on top of key performance metrics and use this data to evaluate and refine recruitment processes.
- Act as an ambassador for diversity equity and inclusion in all recruitment and talent initiatives.
- Utilise social media to enhance brand visibility and attract highcalibre talent.
Qualifications : Who You Are :
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.Demonstrated success in endtoend recruitment lifecycle identifying attracting and hiring highperforming talent.Exceptional stakeholder management skills : ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.Excellent communicator both written and verbally.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity equity and inclusion in recruitment processes.Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fastpaced highgrowth and global environment.Must be able to speak German fluently.Remote Work : Employment Type :
