About the Company

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prominent South Korean automotive giant. The company has grown into a leader in Korea’s automobile industry and is among the biggest vehicle manufacturers worldwide. Employees in the location in Rüsselsheim are working on making sure automotive products of the company meet the demanding standards of European customers and are adapted to the needs of that specific market.

We are currently seeking for our client's Finance department an Administrator Finance (M / F / D).

You will be responsible for :

Checking and booking all kind of vendor invoices according to German regulation
Support the fixed assets management as a substitute
Support the travel expenses checking and booking as a substitute
Declaration of VAT as a substitute
Clearing dunning letters
General support tasks within the Finance team

Who we are looking for :

At least 4 years of experience in accounting (especially, payable and fixed assets)

Good knowledge and experience in SAP

Good knowledge of the MS-Office package (especially, EXCEL)

Professional commercial education (vocational training, college, university)

Very good team work spirit and self-organizing ability

Very good command of German and good command of English language

High motivation, reliability, flexibility and ability to work in an international environment
