WHAT’S THE ROLE?
Full-time permanent position In the office + HO (no 100% remote) In Berlin-Friedrichshain
- Continuously develop new creative marketing approaches, angles and optimise / edit existing ads for maximum performance
- Create creative briefings for our in-house creative team
- Implement working direct response social ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
- Hold regular 1 : 1 meetings with our clients, confidently present your results, new creatives and strategies
- Monitor ad account performance and focus on relevant KPIs
- Carry out market, competitor and target group research
- Conceptualise, brief and plan content productions and ongoing ad tests
- Write compelling copy for adverts and scripts
- Hold regular coordination and strategy meetings with our clients
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
Practical experience Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager + active conception and placement of campaigns with high 5- to 6-digit budgetsGerman mother tongueClient facing - able to talk and present to stake-holders and clientsAbsolutely reliable, structured and stress-resistantBENEFITS, PERKS, BONUSES.
