Engineering Manager

Germany (Berlin Office, or 90% Remote)

Opportunity to a tech-for-good company using blockchain technology to enable businesses to control and own their data and seamlessly manage their digital identity & footprint on a global scale.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge consumer applications. You’ll drive product enhancements, mentor a highly skilled team, and shape the future of their platform using Dart / Flutter among a wider modern tech stack.

Role

  • Lead and grow a dynamic engineering team
  • Build world-class applications with a focus on quality, performance, and user experience

Profile

  • 10+ years of experience, including leadership roles
  • Good knowledge in Flutter / Dart and cross-platform app development (min. 3 years)
  • Proficiency in cloud (AWS preferred) and languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
  • Strong problem-solving, optimisation, and documentation skills
