These Tasks Await

• Profound analysis and understanding of ranking factors; ability to work independently on relevant findings and report to the Team Lead.
• Take ownership of and work on domain projects of different scale and development stage.
• Perform regular page and domain audits for monitoring and future optimization.
• Manage detailed On-page SEO checks for all market-related projects.
• Identify new opportunities and approaches in SEO, as well as design and monitor SEO experiments.
• Find new keywords, and verify keyword-researches and target keywords when necessary.
• Assess different website structures.
• Troubleshoot and solve specific On-page SEO issues.
• Analyze competitor On-page SEO optimization strategies.
• Design and optimize On-page SEO linking strategies.
• Stay up to date with Google updates, SEO and market trends, and translating them into daily work.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Trainee and Junior members of the team.
• Work in conjunction with the Off-Page SEO Team as well as other teams as required.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in On-page SEO.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages - a big plus.
• Knowledge of our business model.
• Experience working with SEO tools for analysis and monitoring.
• Confident in technical SEO.
• Thorough understanding of mobile optimization.
• Ability to think logically and analytically.
• Proactive, patient, and flexible in approaching new challenges and tasks.
• Eager to serve as a go-to resource and work side by side an international team.
