Your Tasks
- Writing clear and precise user manuals in English, considering legal requirements for medical devices and company standards
- Continuous improvement of user manuals to ensure all documentation is up-to-date, accurate, consistent, and complete
- Close collaboration with development engineers, product managers, quality management, and regulatory experts to gather and document comprehensive information
- Coordinating translations of technical documentation
- Supporting the development of marketing and sales materials, as well as training materials for internal and external training sessions
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree or higher (University, FH) in Technical Writing, Communication, or Engineering, ideally with experience as a technical writer, preferably in the medical device sectorWillingness to learn editorial software such as SCHEMA ST4 or RoboHelp, along with proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong communication skills and excellent English skills, both written and spokenAbility to understand and explain complex technical systems in a regulated environmentHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyYour Benefits
