Your tasks
- Multi-project management in the field of upgrade solutions from concept / quotation preparation to delivery of the delivery objects
- Planning, management and implementation of customer and internal self-financed development projects
- Cross-departmental management of project teams
- Responsibility for the targeted management of projects with regard to the fulfillment of agreed project goals (deadlines, costs, performance)
- Contract and change management
- Internal / external reporting
- Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers
- Management of internal improvement projects in the Upgrade Solutions division
- Concept development of development projects, incl. business case
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, aerospace technology, industrial engineering or economics
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and / or aerospace engineering
- Experience in the retrofit business and / or with cabin components / monuments desirable
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of SAP PS advantageous
- Knowledge of project management
- Business fluent in German and proficient in English
- The ability and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics as well as the perseverance and persistence to familiarize yourself with a complex environment
- An independent, structured, results-oriented and accurate way of working
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- A high degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
