Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, compose, and refine brief prompts that are accurate, imaginative, and consistent with the brand’s voice and style guidelines.
• Design seamless and logical conversational flows to deliver engaging and intuitive user experiences.
• Assist in improving the speech system by developing dialogues on diverse topics, including sensitive or controversial matters.
• Review and verify written content for factual accuracy and adherence to style standards.
• Generate fresh prompt ideas and assess responses to ensure clarity and relevance.
• Maintain a tone that aligns with the brand’s voice and connects well with the target audience.
