As part of the group's development a IT Business Solutions Manager is required to play a pivotal role in leveraging technology to enhance Road Transportation and Contract Logistics operations which drive business growth. As a key member of the IT team, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT services while developing customized applications within an advanced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design, Development & Implementation : Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and develop IT solutions tailored for road transportation and contract logistics. Ensure that solutions are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.
Project Leadership : Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects related to transportation and logistics. Employ project management best practices to achieve project milestones within budget and timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as a key liaison between IT and operational teams. Facilitate communication to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives and operational needs.
Technology Assessment : Evaluate and recommend new technologies and software solutions that can optimize road transportation and contract logistics processes. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.
Process Optimization : Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technology solutions that meet business requirements.
Training & Change Management : Develop training materials and conduct sessions to promote the adoption of new systems and technologies. Support teams in navigating changes effectively.
Performance Monitoring : Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT solutions. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) is advantageous.

Experience : 5-7 years of experience in IT management or business solutions, specifically within road transportation and contract logistics environments.

Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and technologies relevant to supply chain management.

Analytical Skills : Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative IT solutions to address them.

Leadership : Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience in driving successful project outcomes.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to diverse audiences.

Problem-Solving : A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
