Planning is half the battle - in logistics it's the whole story! Well thought-out planning ensures that the goods are successfully transported from A to B. And this is where you come into play. During your training as a freight forwarding agent at Hellmann, you will organize the worldwide transport, transshipment and storage of goods. Furthermore, you will advise our international customers, prepare the appropriate offers and process the orders. Variety in your training is guaranteed!

These are your tasks :

You will get to know the mode of transports (truck, airplane, containership)
You will regularly change departments to get to know departments like dispatching, customer service, billing, customs clearance
You will organize transports in Germany and worldwide
You will advice and support customers
You will calculate prices and prepare quotations, contracts, and invoices
You will process complaints

You have the following qualifications :

You have at least an intermediate school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss).

You can speak English fluently

You can get by without Google Maps

You enjoy working on the computer

You want to work in an international environment

You are communicative and want to inspire customers

You enjoy working in a team

You like planning and organizing
