to join our Global Real Estate team in Augsburg, Germany or Wroclaw, Poland.

What you will do

• Support real estate transactions, including leasing and sales activities
• Support in planning and executing workplace fit-out projects
• Collaborate with international colleagues on real estate matters
• Research and analyze market data to support internal processes
• Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and collect official real estate documents from authorities
• Assist in the preparation of property valuations and expert reports
• Maintain and update lease administration software, including gathering missing documentation and support global portfolio management
