Sales Engineer

A Japanese company providing industrial machinery and equipment is currently recruiting for a Sales The Sales You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the company's products and services.

TYPE : Full-time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS : 08 : 30 - 17 : 00 (Monday- Friday) (including 1 hour lunch break)

SALARY : 1.2 million Hungarian START : ASAP

LOCATION : Budapest, Hungary (Currently 1 BENEFITS : A company car will be provided

Sales •Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction through strong relationship building

• Provide technical advice and support, helping clients understand the functionality, maintenance, and capabilities of the equipment being offered
• Coordinate with technical staff to provide support during on-site machinery installations, ensuring clients receive full assistance in the setup and operational stages
• Act as the liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve any issues with products or services, ensuring a smooth resolution process.
• Oversee the delivery of industrial machinery and equipment, coordinating with engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery that meets client specifications
• Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and sales forecasts, and present these to management

Sales

• Minimum 3-5 years of Sales • Business level fluency in English and Hungarian
• Mechanical Engineering background is advantageous
• Willingness to travel within Hungary and other middle European countries
• The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
• Understanding of Japanese corporate culture or language is advantageous
