Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and driven Senior Designer to join our international design team based in Munich. Responsibilities in Interior Design

Concept Development : Generate innovative design concepts and lead their development from ideation to implementation.
Product Applications : Create new product strategies for global markets, with a focus on the Chinese market.
Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams across disciplines, including Exterior and Interior Design, Fabrication, Engineering, Marketing, and Cost Analysis, as well as external vendors and suppliers.
Market Research : Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to ensure the relevance and competitiveness of design solutions.
Trend Application : Apply insights from consumer design trends and forecasting to inform design strategies.
Presentations : Deliver engaging design presentations with creative input to stakeholders.
Problem-Solving : Provide innovative solutions to existing challenges in design tasks.
Material Development : Develop concepts for materials such as textiles, leather, vinyl, and other finishes.

Essential Skills and Experience

Design Experience : Proven experience in both production and concept vehicle design.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in 3D CAD software, 2D illustration tools, and other relevant digital technologies.

Material Expertise : Strong skills in material development, color tuning, and mastering finishes.

Analytical Thinking : Demonstrated ability to think both analytically and conceptually, using logic, creativity, and strategy.

Communication : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas.

Problem-Solving : Resourceful and skilled at overcoming challenges.

Integration Skills : Ability to connect people, processes, and systems for seamless project execution.

Soft Skills : Strong influencing and negotiation abilities, coupled with effective resource management.
