Your tasks
As the International Marketing Manager (m / f / d), you will be responsible for achieving our business objectives in terms of sales and brand positioning and, to that end, be proficient in using all relevant digital marketing channels. Additionally, working in a structured manner, partly independently and partly in tandem with our marketing team and external service providers is expected.
Performance-orientated development of an international marketing strategy incl. planning, coordination and evaluation of marketing measures, in particular with the SEA team.
Content production : Text and, if necessary, photos and videos for the website, marketing emails, print materials and social media accounts as well as the maintenance of the English website. Collaborative production of marketing materials incl. briefings to agencies and graphics department.
Close co-operation with all internal, international departments of PFH (Career Service, International Office, International Sales).
Market research : Overview of the status and development of the International Higher Education (HE) business. Feedback sessions with students.
Agent Marketing : Coordination with the International Team and external student recruitment agencies. Providing content for the agencies (especially in India) to attract students from their countries.
Supporting the sales team in the preparation of online events.
Your profile :
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a specialisation in marketing or equivalent practical experience
You have several years of sound professional experience in marketing, above all in performance marketing and lead generation
You are a genuine team player (m / f / d) with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
You are customer-orientated and can readily empathise with clients.
You are collaborative, can handle stakeholders effectively and have a strong hands-on approach as well as problem-solving skills.
Desirable extras
Experience in the international education sector
Familiarity with CMS (Drupal), GA4, Salesforce, Adobe CC (especially Photoshop, Premiere) and Microsoft 365
Working independently and being able to think out of the box
Elementary knowledge of Spanish
