Responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders) to join our international Record-to-Report team and help organize and improve the HR accounting closing process. As a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist (all genders), you will be responsible for overseeing the full HR accounting cycle, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal controls. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including HR Operations, Controlling, Legal to support strategic decision-making and financial reporting. Become a Global Process Owner for defined IAS 19 and IFRS 2 areas. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations related to HR accounting and/or others. Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Take full responsibility for HR Accounting areas and improve processes and our internal control system, including drafting/revision of accounting manuals. Take full responsibility for the monthly closing of individual entities or other group accounting related tasks. Support and actively participate in accounting related projects.
