Business Development Representative - German Speaking
Job Description
This is a pure hunting sales role and includes engaging with prospect organizations of all sizes, complexities and needs.
You will work with key internal stakeholders and groups - including sales & product managers, industry sales directors, and marketing.
You will be responsible for identifying, uncovering and qualifying opportunities that contribute to a significant proportion of the pipeline development for sales in the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospects and clients to understand business and organisation challenges and pain points
Generate high-value sales pipeline through both strategic and targeted prospecting
Collaborate with the Sales team to develop a list of target prospect accounts
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects & provide top class customer experience
Language Requirement : German (Native), English (fluent)
BDR hard skills include :
Knowledge of basic sales and marketing software
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related industry
1-3 years experience in any sales industry department
BDR soft skills include :
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent time management and organization
Creativity
Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure
Active listening skills
Self-motivation
Your Experience
Business Development experience within the Enterprise and Commercial segment, particularly managing prospects from Germany.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales related environment
A competitive mindset, with a hunger and 'self-starter' commitment to overachieve and succeed
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to be able to liaise with partners / clients in target market
Bachelor's degree is preferable
