Digital Asset Manager
Job Insights :
- Content / Assets Uploaded on the DAM platform
- Quality check for completeness of DAM and Copy Approval criteria
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to identify and organize modular content components for efficient reuse and repurposing.
- Develop and maintain a modular content library, ensuring proper categorization, version control, and accessibility of modular content assets.
- Implement and enforce content standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of modular content across various platforms and channels.
- Conduct audits and periodic reviews of the modular content library to identify outdated or redundant assets and initiate archiving or removal processes.
- Contributing to the adoption of DAM by sharing best practices and training the users in effective use of DAM
Requirement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Veeva / Aprimo certified candidate with at least 3 years of experience in DAM
- Experience in Taxonomy / Migration Activities
- Enjoy rapport-building and client interaction
- Professionalism and confident
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- MSOffice - Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
