Hands-OnCoding : Allocate approximately 30% ofyour time to hands-on coding, working closely with the developmentteam to contribute to the codebase and guide best practices. Thisnot only sets a strong example but also ensures your continuedtechnicalproficiency.

AgileTeam Building : Build and lead ahigh-performing agile engineering team. Recruit, mentor, and managea team of software engineers, ensuring their professional growth,collaboration, and successful projectdelivery.
