O&M / Technical Asset Manager

I have an exciting opportunity working for a very committed client of mine, they were founded in 2014 and have been ranked as one of the fastest growing renewable energy businesses across Europe with capacity across several regions. This company are a leading Solar solutions provider offering a multitude of services including Smart solar solutions (C&I to Utility), Energy as a service, Energy storage.

They are looking to enhance their rapid growth by onboarding a capable O&M / Technical Asset manager to support their substantial pipeline of projects, you will :

Manage solar technicians, third-party O&M providers, and day-to-day operations.
Oversee reactive / preventative maintenance, schedules, and technical feedback for PV systems.
Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of PV systems.
Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, sales, and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations

Our requirements :

2+ years of experience in O&M of commercial / utility-scale PV systems, with knowledge of PV systems, relevant software, and IEC / VDE standards.

Educational background in electrical engineering, automation, or energy (Electrician certification or Bachelor's degree).

Strong physical ability for fieldwork, problem-solving, and logical reasoning, with solid time management and organizational skills.

Fluent in English and German, IT proficiency (MS tools, work management software), a driver’s license, and willingness to travel within Europe.
