AI Tester - Germany - Remote - Long Term Project

Location - Remote (Frankfurt)

About the Role :

My global client is looking for an AI tester to work in planning and execution of tests. The opportunity will focus on AI or machine learning applications. This rare project will involve both defect identification and data quality assurance. If you have experience in AI testing or machine learning please get in touch.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Test Planning & Execution : Develop test plans and strategies, conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on AI systems.
  • Defect Identification & Data Quality : Identify defects, ensure data quality, and address issues like bias in training and test data.
  • Model Evaluation & Metrics : Use appropriate metrics (e.g., accuracy, precision) to evaluate model performance and address overfitting / underfitting.
  • Collaboration & Documentation : Work with teams to align testing with project goals and document results, ensuring continuous improvement in testing processes.

What we're looking for :

  • Someone with experience in software testing, with a focus on AI or machine learning applications as well as designing and executing test cases for complex softwares
  • Someone with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and tools
  • Someone with xpertise in AI-powered applications (e.g., chatbots, recommendation engines) and strong communication skills, with CRM domain experience a plus.
  • Somebody proficient in programming (Python), AI concepts (ML, deep learning, NLP, computer vision), and AI-driven testing tools for automating tests and predictive analytics.
