Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Your mission

• You will take over tasks from the founders in the areas of strategy and business development, finance, sales and marketing.
• You will generate concepts and be responsible for projects on different topics such as VSOP, finance setup, go-to market strategy, etc.
• You will optimise existing processes as well as create new processes.
• You are a sparring partner, confidant and advisor for important decisions.
• You will represent PartsCloud externally to customers, partners, investors and candidates.

Your profile

• You have excellent academic background in economics, computer science, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• You have first practical experience, ideally in competitive environments such as consulting, venture capital, or high-growth startups.
• You are a generalist with the motivation and passion to change things to the better .
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and systems
• You already gained knowledge, or you are keen in learning more about supply chain in industrial SMEs area
• You have strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented approach, and a hands-on mentality.
• Exposure to project management is desirable, as the from this role you might take a leadership role in a project.
• You have exposure to finance planning and business planning, with a focus on business models connected to finance.
• You have excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to speak directly to stakeholders
• You are Fluent in English, ideally also in German.
• You hold an EU, EEA or Swiss Citizenship or valid work permit
