Compliance & Safety Assistant

Location- Kirchanschöring(Germany)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Review reports, assign them to the appropriate departments, and support risk assessments.
  • Monitor ongoing incidents to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Work with the Compliance team to implement corrective actions and resolve audit findings.
  • Assist in managing organizational changes and ensuring compliance with EASA and ISO regulations.
  • Draft and develop essential company documents, such as manuals and work instructions.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in aviation safety, compliance monitoring, or quality management (EASA and ISO environment preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong integrity, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken) and computer software.
