Location : Germany / Poland / Austria. Possible remote working options with with monthly or bi-monthly travel to Hamburg

I am working with an exciting business a one-stop-shop software designed to help eCommerce businesses automate all VAT and Financial Accounting processes.
I am seeking an experienced IT Manager / Director to optimize, secure, and lead the company's IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign IT infrastructure, automate processes, and document workflows
- Implement data protection measures and cybersecurity best practices
- Partner with departments like Legal and Product Development to identify improvement areas and implement robust solutions.
- Develop strategies and frameworks necessary for achieving ISO certification.
- Lead by example, providing guidance and hands-on support to a team of 3 IT Engineers.
Your Expertise
- Extensive experience with complex IT infrastructure and systems management
- Proficient in Jamf, MAC iOS server systems, Google Services suite, Okta, and ISO documentation processes.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles
- Strong skills in analyzing data, and implementing effective IT policies.
- Strong presence within legal, operations, and finance teams, ensuring technical requirements align with broader business needs.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in both German and English.
