About the role

We are looking for a motivated intern (m / f / d) who is eager to take on responsibility and help us take customer satisfaction to the next level.

Your responsibilities

• Order management in SAP : Ensuring, processing, and managing incoming customer orders
• Quality check : Monitoring delivery dates, article numbers, EANs, and minimum quantities in close coordination with our customers
• Proactive communication : Supporting during supply shortages and new product launches
• Complaint handling : Checking quantity and price discrepancies and processing them in SAP
• Data maintenance : Entering reimbursements and handling customer inquiries
• Process optimization : Contributing to improvements with KPIs in mind
• Teamwork : Close collaboration with internal departments and active development of customer relationships
